The Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered or Clinical Psychologist experienced in neurodiversity affirming practice, particularly Autism assessment, to lead. The successful candidate will:
Have a passion for ongoing professional growth and providing a high quality service to our clients and families. They will also be committed to staying with the business on a long term basis to best meet the needs of our clients.

Be competent and confident in leading our assessment team, including conducting high-quality psychometric and diagnostic assessments themselves, and guiding provisional and early-career psychologists to conduct high quality assessments
Be deeply committed to ensuring assessment practices align with ND-affirming, trauma-informed values
Your Skills & Experience:
AHPRA-registered Clinical or Registered Psychologist
Extensive experience in autism assessment
Strong leadership & supervisory skills
Deep commitment to neurodiversity-affirming, non-deficit language
3+ years clinical experience, including in Autism assessment
Essential Criteria
Proficient written and verbal communication, consultation and negotiation skills
Tertiary qualifications in Psychology with current AHPRA registration as a Registered or Clinically Endorsed Psychologist
Experience in delivering and evaluating relevant training for individuals, families and support staff
Have explicit knowledge of supporting people using a neurodiversity affirming psychology framework
Well-developed communication, time management and organisational skills
Current Australian Driver’s License
Current Working with Children’s Check, Police Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check
