Senior Interior Designer
Location: Noosa Heads, QLD (Studio-based)

Salary: $85,000 + superannuation + performance-based bonuses

Pearl Interiors is seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team in Noosa. We are a design-led studio specialising in residential interiors, known for our warm client relationships, strong creative direction, and exacting standards.

At this level, technical skills are imperative, but what matters more to us is who you are. We’re looking for someone mature, grounded, and emotionally intelligent. Someone who can lead a room when needed, hold space for clients, bring calm and has a deep passion for beautiful interiors and excellence.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading projects from early concept through to final styling

Preparing and presenting design concepts, materials, and FF&E packages to clients

Liaising directly with clients, builders, and trades to ensure every detail is executed beautifully

Coordinating procurement, technical documentation, and site visits

Representing the Pearl Interiors brand with professionalism and heart

What we’re looking for:

At least 3+ years of interior design experience, ideally in residential

A portfolio that shows beautiful, considered design thinking and detailing

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite

Exceptional communication, time management, and client service skills

A strong knowledge of local and international suppliers and materials

Someone who is respectful, emotionally mature, organised, and calm under pressure
