About the Role:
We’re seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing & Content Manager to take ownership of our online presence, from crafting compelling marketing content to managing social media channels, executing SEO strategies, and overseeing digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
This role blends creativity with data-driven marketing tactics to build brand awareness, generate leads, and drive engagement across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation
Develop engaging written and visual content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital advertising
Coordinate with designers and other stakeholders to create campaign assets
Social Media Management
Manage and grow company presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
Create and maintain a content calendar and manage scheduling/posting
Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
Optimise website content for search engines using keyword strategies and on-page SEO best practices
Monitor and report on website traffic and organic search performance
Digital Advertising (SEM)
Plan and execute paid search and display campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
Monitor and optimise ad performance, budgets, and ROI
Produce performance reports with actionable insights
Analytics & Reporting
Use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and others to track performance
Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and recommendations for improvement
Skills & Experience:
2–4 years’ experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation
Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc.)
Strong understanding of marketing funnels and audience targeting
Excellent copywriting and communication skills
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
Experience in [insert relevant industry – e.g., manufacturing, construction, ecommerce]
Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify)
