Our client, a leading financial provider, is looking for a seasoned HR Business Partner to join their growing Sydney team on a permanent basis. You will join a collaborative team in a diverse role, with a HR Advisor reporting directly to you.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a HR Advisor, supporting their development and enabling strong operational delivery
• Partner with business leaders to enhance employee engagement, communication, and workforce effectiveness
• Maintain strict adherence to employment legislation, awards, company policies, and procedures within a highly regulated environment.
• Support the remuneration review process including benchmarking, performance-based outcomes, and internal equity.
• Contribute to strategic talent initiatives including succession planning, career development and internal mobility
• Drive continuous improvement in HR systems, processes, and employee experience

Key Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in a HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist role.
• Proven track record managing employee relations matters and driving performance improvement outcomes.
  Strong working knowledge of Australian employment legislation.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline.
