Our client, an International Fashion Retailer is looking for a commercially aware, HR Business Partner to join the team/business into 2025 and beyond.

Highly successful with stores nationally, this retailer is an international brand that is currently opening new stores across the world.

Reporting to the Head of HR and a dotted line to the Global Head Office, you will oversee HR Business functions for the business; with the HR team.

To be considered for this role you must have:

Previous HR Business Partner or Advisor experience.

Current or previous experience within a HR Retail environment.

Strong communication skills.

Exposure within Talent Acquisition Projects and the Talent Management Life Cycle such as Onboarding, Induction Planning and delivery, Probation Reviews, Performance Reviews, Development Planning and Succession Planning.

Solid understanding of current OH&S legislation.

Attention to detail with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Developing and rolling out of company values.

Experienced in working with senior management teams around performance improvement plans and end of probation conversations.

Employee Relations experience such as policy reviews and development, disciplinary process implementation other HR compliance matters.
