Position Overview

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Perth team. Recruiting for local and FIFO trades, TA’s, mobile plant operators and labourers within civil, commercial and mining sectors.

As a Recruitment Consultant at Mass, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and matching top-tier candidates with our clients' job opportunities, all while enjoying a supportive team environment and competitive salary.

We're currently looking to add a full-time recruiter to our WA team. We're happy to look at people that have worked in recruitment agencies, labour hire or internal recruitment roles.

You'll demonstrate a high degree of pace and urgency, good candidate control and management skills, strong interpersonal skills and a passion for the industry.
