You’ll work side-by-side with a powerhouse team of in-house architects, engineer, estimating logic architect, AI and automations engineers, and 3D site capture tech, all backed by a cutting-edge, fully digitised workflow.

This role isn’t about ticking boxes. It’s about setting the standard for how pre-construction should be done — fast, accurate, compliant, and completely scalable.

Your Role in the System

As our Registered Building Surveyor, you’ll:

Sign off on all Certificate of Design Compliance (CDC) applications

Deliver 6-star NatHERS energy efficiency reports (we’ll sponsor training if needed)

Lead NCC and BCA compliance across all residential projects

Collaborate closely with the in-house design and engineering teams

Optimise our internal QA workflows, checklists, and compliance systems

Help define the systems and automation that power approvals at scale

What’s in It for You

Base Salary: $125,000 – $135,000
Performance Bonuses$40,000 – $50,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $165,000 – $180,000+

On-time CDC and energy submissions

Zero-rework approvals

Hitting Odeion's "Stage 3" documentation deadlines

Contribution to system automation and process improvements

Client satisfaction and team performance KPIs

Who We’re Looking For

You’re a Level 2 Registered Building Surveyor (WA) who:

Already signs off on CDC for residential projects

Can produce or is willing to train in NatHERS 6-star assessments

Understands NCC Volume 2, DTS, and energy compliance pathways

Thrives in a high-performance, fast-moving team

Wants to move beyond solo consulting or external certifier work

Is passionate about using technology to improve outcomes for clients, councils, and the construction team

Bonus Points If You:

Have worked in high-volume residential environments

Have input into workflow systems or process automation
