Your Role as a Trainer and Assessor
As a professional educator at Evolve College, you will inspire the next generation of therapists and shape the future of the industry. Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering and facilitating training in the HLT52021 Diploma of Remedial Massage and HLT42021 Certificate IV in Massage Therapy.

Displaying teaching competence and a commitment to a student-centred approach.

Leading and managing effective teaching and learning within the classroom, student clinic, and online learning environments.

Monitoring student attendance and progression, providing feedback and support, and ensuring the adoption of accepted safety procedures and sustainability practices.

Undertaking administration duties associated with student management and record-keeping.

Developing effective working relationships with students and staff through participation in team meetings, student events, and feedback sessions.

Participating in relevant professional development activities to maintain currency of skills and knowledge.

Position Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should:
Hold the current Diploma of Remedial Massage or equivalent.
Have current industry experience as a Remedial Massage Therapist.
Hold a current TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or have a background in Training.
Maintain a current HLTAID011 Apply First Aid unit.
Maintain a current Working with Children Check.
Complete a Trainer Matrix and Trainer Summary template to demonstrate vocational competence to deliver training/assessment.

Benefits and Application Process
At Evolve College, we value our trainers and assessors and offer competitive remuneration above the award rate. The hourly casual rate for this position will range from $40 to $60, depending on the position.
