About the Role:

This is a project-driven role for a senior-level engineer who enjoys leading full cycle IT implementations and solving complex technical issues. You’ll work across a broad tech stack, act as a trusted advisor to clients, and play a key role in managing internal tools and integrations.

A strong mix of technical depth, communication skills, and a solutions mindset is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver IT projects: scope, design, build, and implement

Work across Azure, Intune, Entra ID, SharePoint, M365, and virtual environments

Take ownership of complex escalations and troubleshooting

Manage internal toolsets and integrations

Automate, optimise, and improve systems for performance and efficiency

Act as a product champion for key vendors and tech solutions

What You’ll Bring:

Previous experience in MSP environment

Strong hands-on experience with M365, Azure, Intune, networking, and security

Excellent client-facing communication and project delivery skills

Strong knowledge of virtualisation, cloud architecture, and automation

Ability to manage time, budgets, and competing priorities

Commercially aware, analytical, and proactive
