About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Excavator Operator/Labourer to join our crew on various civil and construction projects across Brisbane and surrounding areas. You'll be working with modern equipment and a supportive team that values professionalism and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate excavators ranging from 5.5 to 23.5 tonne for trenching, digging, backfilling, and site preparation

Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on machinery

Read and interpret site plans and work instructions

Work collaboratively with site managers, labourers, and other machine operators

Adhere strictly to WHS standards and company safety procedures

Requirements:

Proven experience operating excavators in civil/construction projects

Valid Excavator Ticket

White Card

Current Driver’s Licence

Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
