Blue Sky Community Services are seeking to employ a professional and values-aligned person to join our supportive and friendly team and play a key role in in supporting, resourcing and developing community service sectors who deliver services to children, young people, families and communities experiencing or are at risk of experiencing, vulnerability in the Mid North Coast NSW. A part time position is available for 21 hours per week (working Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday), covering for parental leave.

About the Role
Sector Development Officer:
Develops, maintains and utilises Community Service networks
Consults with Community services to inform planning processes and sector development activities
Coordinates inter-agency activities
Builds the knowledge and skills of Community Services through the delivery of targeted training workshops
Participates in budget planning
Complies with positional reporting requirements
Resources line manager with information, reports and data
