Property Administrator - Leasing, Finance & Admin (Part-Time)

We are seeking a reliable, detail-focused Property Administrator to support our in-house Property Team at Mister Minit. With over 370 shop locations across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia, this role plays a key part in ensuring accurate lease records and property processes.

Ideal for someone who values stability and structure, this role suits those who take pride in accuracy, follow process, and communicate professionally - while still open to learning and solving problems as they arise.

About the Role
Reporting to the Leasing Co-Ordinator, you'll provide day-to-day support across leasing and property admin tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing, reviewing and managing lease documentation
• Updating the leasing database (properties, landlords, rent reviews)
• Creating monthly property reports
• Coordinating landlord communications (e.g. insurance, sales data)
• Liaising with Finance for landlord payments and reconciliations

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Background in accounts, finance, or admin
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident with Microsoft Excel
• Strong time management and task prioritisation
• Clear, professional communication
• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders

Desirable:

• Experience in property or leasing administration
• Confident managing high volumes of information
• Able to ask questions and raise issues constructively
