Senior Associate Adviser – Financial Planning | Melbourne CBD

The Role
We are looking for a confident and capable Senior Associate Adviser to support the delivery of tailored advice to a loyal base of high-quality clients. Working closely with a team of experienced Advisers, this role is ideal for someone who brings technical expertise, initiative, and a proactive approach to client service.
Key Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end advice process, from strategy discussions through to implementation
Prepare advice documentation in line with compliance requirements and firm standards
Liaise directly with clients, responding to queries and maintaining ongoing relationships
Conduct research and modelling to support strategy development
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless client experience
Stay across evolving regulatory and product changes relevant to client advice
About You
Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial planning, para-planning, or Associate Adviser roles
Completed or progressing towards relevant qualifications (e.g. Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning)
Strong understanding of advice production, compliance, and client engagement
Confident communicator with a client-centric mindset and attention to detail
Proficient in financial planning software (e.g. Xplan) and Microsoft Office
Ideally on the pathway to or completing the Professional Year (PY), or already authorised under supervision
