A flexible approach to days and hours, happily supporting the team on a variety of shifts - from the first child’s morning drop-off to the last pick-up

As an Assistant Educator, you’ll help shape vibrant, safe, and engaging learning environments where children feel welcomed and inspired. You’ll build strong, supportive relationships with children, families, and your team, contributing to a positive and collaborative workplace.

Located in the heart of Butler, Sparrow Early Learning Butler is a warm and welcoming centre where passionate educators come together to create a caring, inspiring space for children aged birth to 6 years. What you’ll need:

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care

Flexibility to work across all shifts, from early mornings to closes, to support the needs of our families and team.

Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Play-based Child-led pedagogy

Current Working with Children Check

Excellent communication & leadership skills

Experience with Storypark is a bonus

First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
