Position: Educational Leader

Location: Atlantis Early Learning Yanchep

Compensation: $35.69 - $36.66 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Employment Type: Part-Time 22.5-40 hours | Permanent – Monday to Friday

Availability: Full availability required between 6:30am and 6:00pm

We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Educational Leader to join our vibrant Atlantis Early Learning Yanchep team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a knowledgeable and inspiring educator to step into a leadership role within a high-quality, Reggio Emilia-inspired environment.

To succeed in this role, you must hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent), have at least one year of experience in a leadership role, and demonstrate a deep understanding of the EYLF, NQF, and Reggio Emilia approach.

About the Role:

As the Educational Leader at Atlantis Yanchep, you will mentor educators and guide the delivery of engaging, child-led programs. Working closely with the Centre Leadership Team, you’ll support curriculum development, champion best practices, and foster a culture of reflective and intentional teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, plan, and reflect on educational programs aligned with EYLF and NQF
• Inspire and support educators to deliver Reggio Emilia-inspired learning experiences
• Promote excellence in pedagogy and documentation
• Provide coaching and feedback to enhance teaching quality
• Work collaboratively with Centre Management to meet regulatory standards
• Encourage continuous improvement and professional growth
• Lead internal training and development initiatives

What You’ll Need:

• A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Minimum of 1 year experience as an Educational Leader or similar role
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQF, and the Reggio Emilia philosophy
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team
• Exceptional communication, organisation, and time management skills
• A genuine passion for early learning and a commitment to quality outcomes
