The Position

As Clinical Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our clinical team operates efficiently and harmoniously. You’ll support our orthodontists and clinical staff, manage daily workflows, and help maintain the high standards our patients expect.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily clinical operations and patient flow

Support orthodontists and clinical staff during procedures

Ensure compliance with sterilization and infection control protocols

Manage clinical inventory and coordinate supply orders

Assist with onboarding and training of new clinical team members

Collaborate with admin and reception teams to enhance patient experience

What We’re Looking For

Experience in an orthodontic or dental clinical setting

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Familiarity with orthodontic software is a plus

A proactive, team-oriented mindset and a passion for patient care
