Daisy & Hen began in 2016 and from humble beginnings we are now one of Australia's most loved baby & children's multi brand retailers. And 2025 is our most exciting era yet, as we recently opened store #5 at Westfield Marion and #6 at Burnside opens in September 🥳

We are passionate about our product range, intentionally curated for function, style and quality. We are a leading stockist for the best brands for babies & kiddos. Brands like Jellycat (we have one of the biggest ranges in Australia!), Tiger Tribe, Huxbaby, Goldie + Ace, Connetix, Crywolf, Olli Ella and 60+ others. Unpacking stock deliveries is truly like Christmas.
We have a busy HQ / Warehouse in Mile End too and amidst our exciting growth, we remain a proudly independent female and SA owned company. ABOUT THE ROLES AVAILABLE:
We are looking for a fun, energetic & passionate people to join our store teams. If you love retail, but are looking for more - this is a job for you. We love. connecting with our community and are proud to be a part of some of the biggest occasions in their lives. Sharing our products and helping to create joy.
We have roles available at all store locations.
These are casual roles and to be considered for a role, you will absolutely need to be able to commit to:
At least 3 days per week of regular availability
Rotating shifts on weekends (at least 1 weekend shift per week minimum, and at times 2).
Some flexibility for covering leave, and flexing up during peak trade times.
Bonus for a willingness to work across multiple locations.
This is so much more than another retail job - we want you to love what you do and who you do it with. Your typical day will include working closely within your supportive and awesome store team to:
Create joy for our community through incredible customer experiences.
Work collaboratively with your team to achieve store sales targets & KPIs
Maintain high levels of in store Visual Merchandising & store presentation.
Keep your knowledge up to date on our products, our brands & industry trends.
Do all the things needed to support the Store Manager & Assistant Manager to keep things running smoothly and deliver that customer experience that we are famous for.

Confident using a PC, and Microsoft office programs.
Willing to roll up their sleeves and get it done. We 'sweep the stores' and this means we all do whatever it takes, at every level.

REQUIREMENTS TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
You have retail / customer service experience in a fashion or lifestyle product based store.
You have a willingness to learn, and a positive can do attitude.
A passion and affinity for our products - essential. MUST LOVE CUTE BABY THINGS AND JELLYCATS!
Weekend availability and some flexibility with your roster.
Microsoft Office and PC proficient - essential.
