Our client's fast growing boutique located in the heart of Sydney's Northern Beaches, known for there beautifully curated fashion, accessories, and lifestyle collections. Our client is looking for an experienced Store Manager to take ownership of their location and lead with energy, heart, and style.

This is a hands on, customer-facing role perfect for someone who thrives in a creative, community focused retail environment

About the Role

As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the day to day operations of the boutique and for driving the store's success through exceptional leadership, styling expertise, and strong operational control. You'll have the autonomy to make the store your own while being supported by a head office team that values creativity and initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a small team to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed sales goals

Build strong, lasting relationships with local customers and VIP clientele

Style customers and offer personalised fashion advice aligned with our boutique's aesthetic

Oversee all store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, rostering, and reporting

Maintain high standards in store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising

Monitor stock levels, process deliveries, and conduct regular stock takes

Work closely with the marketing team on in-store promotions, events, and social content

Provide coaching and support to team members to foster growth and engagement

You'll Have:

A minimum of 2 years experience in retail management (fashion or boutique retail preferred)

Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and develop a small team

A passion for fashion, styling, and building genuine customer relationships

Experience with POS systems, retail software, and performance reporting

Strong time management and organisational skills

Visual merchandising skills and an appreciation for boutique aesthetics
