They are now seeking a Territory Manager for Qld South to manage and grow a mix of key accounts and new business opportunities across both capital and rental portfolios.

Reporting to the the Queensland Sales Manager, your Key Responsibilities will include:

• Achieve and exceed sales targets across a defined portfolio
• Develop strong relationships with aged care executives, facility managers and clinical staff
• Deliver product training and in-service support to end-users
• Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
• Plan and manage your territory effectively to maximise impact
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to customers

About You:

• Experience working with or selling into aged care is highly desirable
• Strong commercial acumen
• Hunting mentality and be on top of buying cycles.
• Comfortable engaging with both executive-level and clinical stakeholders
• A consultative, professional and empathetic communication style
• Resilient and self-motivated with strong time management skills
• Passion for winning and an excellent team player
