About the role
AWX are seeking an experienced Boilermaker or MIG Welder for an immediate start in a modular fabrication workshop based in Wacol. This is a short-term assignment with the potential to lead into further work. You'll be working with a small team on fabrication tasks for modular structures.

What you'll do

• MIG welding of structural and modular components
• Reading and interpreting basic plans
• General workshop fabrication and prep
• Maintaining clean and safe work practices

What you'll need

• Trade qualification or demonstrated MIG welding experience
• White Card
• Ability to start immediately
• Own transport to Wacol

Benefits

• $39.50/hr + pens + Super
• 6:30am 3:00pm shifts
• Local, clean, well-run workshop
• Potential for continued work beyond initial assignment
