Our Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Youth Services Program Support Practitioner!
In this role, you will work alongside Case Managers and other key stakeholders to provide top quality care and support to meet client care needs, service delivery requirements and targets as specified in the Funding, Service and Sub-Contracted Agreements. Specifically you will support the young persons in residential care with activity planning and building social connection.
About you
We are looking for a motivated, values-driven individual with experience in working with young persons who reside in out of home care. The ideal candidate will thrive when working both autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic team.
Required Qualifications, Skills & Attributes
- Certificate IV in Youth and Family Services or equivalent
- Experience in providing care to Young Persons
- Resilient and compassionate with understanding of trauma
