About the Role

Climate Plus is growing! We're on the hunt for a motivated and qualified Electrician with solar installation experience to join our dynamic team. You'll work on residential solar panel installations, battery systems, and general electrical tasks, helping Canberra homes run cleaner, greener, and more efficiently.

What You'll Do

Install rooftop solar systems and batteries (mainly residential)

Conduct site assessments, install inverters, run wiring, and complete switchboard upgrades

Collaborate with our in-house team to deliver high-quality work

Ensure all installs meet Clean Energy Council (CEC) and Australian standards

Provide excellent customer service and uphold our professional reputation

What We're Looking For

Qualified Electrician with an ACT Electrical License
CEC Accredited (or willing to obtain accreditation – we can assist)
Experience installing solar PV systems
Strong knowledge of AS/NZS standards
White Card & Working at Heights Certificate
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Driver's license
