About You:

We're seeking a proactive and punctual individual who brings:

• Strong work ethic and punctuality.
• Proven experience as a qualified electrician in both residential and commercial settings.
• Outstanding communication skills and customer service, with the ability to upsell on-site.
• Ability to mentor apprentices and guide them in their development.
• Capability to work autonomously and as part of a team, running both small and large commercial projects.
• Technical ability to interpret wiring diagrams and drawings.
• Strong computer literacy and basic networking skills.
• Good understanding of Australian standards, including AS/NZS 3000, 3008, 3017, etc.

Essential Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following:

• Manual driver's license
• Extensive domestic and commercial electrical experience
• Domestic fault-finding experience with appliances and power faults
• Unrestricted ACT electrical license
• White card
• Asbestos awareness and working with asbestos training
• Silica awareness card
• ACMA cabler's license
• Australian citizenship due to the security requirements of the projects

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

Applicants with the following qualifications and relevant experiences are highly desirable:

• Electronic security experience
• ACT Security license
• AGSVA security clearance
• CEC solar accreditation
• Certificate II in split air conditioning and heat pump systems
• ICT networking experience and qualifications (CompTIA, Cisco, etc.)
