Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced electrician who is motivated, dependable, and ready to take on a leadership role within our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial installations, mentoring apprentices, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality workmanship aligned with our company standards.

Key Responsibilities

⁃ Manage and execute commercial electrical projects from inception to completion
⁃ Lead, mentor, and support team members and apprentices, promoting professional development
⁃ Ensure strict compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards
⁃ Represent Exact Electrical with professionalism in client and stakeholder engagements
⁃ Embody and promote company values and contribute positively to our team culture

Candidate Requirements

⁃ Proven experience as a qualified electrician in commercial settings
⁃ Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
⁃ Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects efficiently
⁃ Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service
⁃ Capacity to work autonomously and exercise initiative

⁃ Electrical Licence
⁃ Driver’s Licence
⁃ White Card

Highly Desirable

⁃ Working at Heights Certification
⁃ Elevated Work Platform (EWP) Licence
⁃ Asbestos Awareness Training
