Salary: $145K - $175K package

A well-established Tier 3 commercial contractor, based in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, who deliver new build projects in the institutional space. The business’ project portfolio is diverse (typically ranging from $10,000,000 – $50,000,000 in value) and have a core pipeline of Education & aged care developments through repeat clients.

Skills & Experience:

The successful candidate will have:

• 5 years’ experience as an Estimator in Commercial Construction.
• Demonstrative experience in similar role
• Team Player, cooperative and positive attitude
• Ability to work autonomously
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to liaise with clients
