About the Role

As a Broker Associate, you'll play a vital role in supporting the brokers by managing the end-to-end loan application process – from preparing client recommendations to liaising with lenders and ensuring compliance every step of the way. What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare tailored residential and commercial loan recommendations
• Discuss lending options with clients and guide them through the process
• Complete and submit loan applications, and follow through to approval
• Ensure strict compliance with NCCP and responsible lending obligations
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date client records
• Liaise with lenders, valuers, and other external stakeholders
• Stay current on lender policies and products through ongoing training
• Support client and lender meetings alongside our brokers
• Step into various roles during busy periods – they’re a team that supports each other

What We’re Looking For

• 3–4 years’ experience in financial brokering or mortgage/loan processing
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial lending
• Excellent financial analysis and report-writing skills
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and customer service focus
• A confident communicator with a friendly, can-do attitude
• Certificate IV and/or Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking advantageous
