Due to their unprecedented growth, they are now seeking part-time staff members to facilitate their continued growth throughout 2024 and beyond at the main Showroom in Underwood, Brisbane.

About the role

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus will be to drive sales by guiding your customers through the selection process to ensure they purchase the best scooter for their individual needs.

Responsibilities include:

Up-sell accessories and promote the in-house service and repair function

Liaise with our creative team on local store marketing initiatives

About you

You have a passion for customer service, and this is demonstrated by your approachable, outgoing nature, strong listening skills, and ability to leave a lasting impression on our valued customers. Proven retail experience is preferable.

Other attributes:

Availability to work Weekends

Knowledge of Electric Scooters is highly desirable, although not essential

Ability to work autonomously

A talent at building quick rapport

Fast learner who shows initiative

A genuine passion for the e-rides industry

Excellent communication skills
