Printing Industry Client Service / Internal Account manager needed for growing business.
We are seeking a committed professional who is passionate about print & customer service, to become the first point of contact for clients and undertake the following duties:
- Manage customer enquiries
- Determine client needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Prepare, deliver, follow up print quotes
- Manage existing accounts
- Maintain of our customer management system
- Provide input to business marketing initiatives.
To be successful in this position you will need to have:
- 3+ years in customer service is essential
- Printing industry experience
- Proven track record in generating strong relationships
- An articulate and eloquent telephone manner and outstanding verbal communication skills;
- The ability to think outside the square and have good business acumen;
- Persistence, reliability and persuasiveness, coupled with good organisational skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop good business relationships;
- Drive and self-motivation with the desire and determination to succeed.
- Experience in using Microsoft office packages;
