Here’s how it works: A venue is short-staffed in the kitchen. Tribe picks up the phone and calls you. If you’re free, the shift is yours! If not, no worries – we’ll keep you in mind for next time.

It’s not just about last-minute calls. Tribe also offers longer-term gigs to cover planned leave, so if you’re taking a break from your regular job or want steady shifts for a few weeks, Tribe has you covered!

• Food Safety Certificate - or willing to get one
• 1+ years of kitchen experience - preferred but not essential for kitchen hands
