Who we’re looking for:

You’re enthusiastic, reliable, and thrive in a busy, guest-focused environment. If you’ve got hospitality experience and love being part of a collaborative team, we’d love to hear from you!

Ideal Skills & Experience:

Previous hospitality experience is a plus but not essential. If you’re eager to learn, we’ll teach you!

Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.

If you’re keen to grow and bring great energy, we’ll help with the rest!

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Engagement: Welcome guests, seat them comfortably, and ensure they feel at home.

Order Management: Accurately take and relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar.

Service Delivery: Serve meals and drinks promptly, maintaining high presentation standards.

Guest Support: Address requests and concerns with a friendly, solution-focused approach.

Table Care: Clear, reset, and maintain clean tables for seamless guest turnover.

Teamwork: Communicate and collaborate closely with both front and back of house staff.

Safety & Hygiene: Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols.

POS & Transactions: Manage orders through the POS system and handle payments with accuracy.

Bar Assistance: Help deliver drinks, clear glasses, and support the bar during busy shifts.
