About the role

Capricorn Caves is seeking a part-time Housekeeper to join our team in The Caves QLD 4702. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the exceptional cleanliness and presentation of our accommodation and facilities, contributing to the overall guest experience.

What you'll be doing

Cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities according to company standards

Restocking and replenishing supplies in guest rooms and common areas

Reporting any maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel

Assisting with the changeover of rooms between guests, as needed

Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols

Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, preferably in a hospitality or tourism environment

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

A positive and friendly attitude, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Familiarity with cleaning equipment and methods
