About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Factory Hand to join the team at Tabletop Innovations Pty Ltd in Southport, QLD. As a full-time position, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing and assembly processes, contributing to the production of our high-quality products. What you'll be doing

Assisting with the assembly and production of a variety of products according to established procedures and quality standards

Performing various tasks such as loading, unloading, and moving materials and finished goods

Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment

Adhering to all health and safety regulations and procedures

Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks

Providing support to the production team as needed

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar factory or production environment

Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Good problem-solving and attention to detail skills

Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks

Commitment to maintaining a safe and organised work area

Strong teamwork and communication skills
