The Role:

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Factory Hand to join our growing team in Burleigh.

This role is ideal for someone hands-on, who’s eager to learn and grow into a long-term position within the business. You’ll be working across multiple areas of the factory, with a clear pathway to become a CNC operator, vacuum former or plastic fabricator for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Packing and dispatching orders

Assisting plastic fabricators on the factory floor

Cleaning and maintaining factory workspaces

Answering incoming phone calls and taking customer orders

Basic quality control

General support across daily factory operations

What We’re Looking For:

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

This role involves manual handling and physical tasks. Applicants must be physically capable of safely performing these duties.

Being comfortable in a hands-on environment

Good communication skills, especially over the phone

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team

Basic computer skills for dispatch and data entry (training provided)
