About the role

Join the growing team behind Naptime and Vosta, two dynamic Australian brands, as a Warehouse Operations Specialist. Based at our Capalaba warehouse, this full-time role plays a hands-on and vital part in ensuring the efficient movement of goods across both our mattress and automotive accessory ranges.

We’re looking for someone reliable, proactive, and organised to help keep our warehouse running smoothly and safely as we continue to scale.

What you'll be doing

Dispatching customer orders accurately and on time

Unloading containers and checking deliveries against manifests

Rotating stock and maintaining accurate inventory control

Ensuring the warehouse is clean, organised, and compliant with WHS standards

Assisting with stocktakes and replenishment as required

Supporting daily warehouse operations across both brands as needed

Occasionally delivering goods to local customers or suppliers as required

Maintaining strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and accuracy

What we're looking for

Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or dispatch role

A strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team

A current forklift licence

A valid driver’s licence

Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks

Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude

A focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency
