About the role

This full-time Warehouse/Dispatch role at Goleby's Parts' in Toowoomba, Queensland offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to join our thriving logistics and distribution team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently processing and managing the flow of goods through our warehouse. We offer early knock offs on Fridays as well as discounted rates on car parts for personal vehicles.

What you'll be doing

Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments in a timely and accurate manner

Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch orders to meet customer requirements

Maintain inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and stock takes

Operate forklifts, trolley, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently

Adhere to all health, safety, and quality standards to ensure a safe work environment

Collaborate with the wider logistics team to optimise warehouse operations

Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport, or distribution industry

Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure

Basic Car part knowledge preferred

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

Forklift licence desired but not required

Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively as part of a team

A safety-focused mindset and a willingness to follow all relevant policies and procedures
