Latitude Recruitment is proud to partner with a local, family owned and run high-performing dairy farm to recruit a Casual Dairy Worker. If you're reliable, practical, and love working outdoors with animals – this could be the job for you!

The Role:

You’ll be part of a small, experienced team working in an 800-cow rotary dairy:

Tasks include:

Milking in a new 80 unit rotary dairy

You will be required for milking AM or PM

Contribute to Dairy hygiene and milk quality

Feeding and general animal care

Supporting farm operations as directed

Assisting with Calf rearing

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

Has a positive attitude and a strong work ethic

Is comfortable with weekend shifts on a roster

Can work well independently and in a small team

Has a current driver’s licence and reliable transport

Experience with tractors/motorbikes is an advantage but essential

Previous milling experience is helpful but not essential on job training will be provided

Can pass drug and alcohol screening

Physically fit – able to complete milking farming duties
