Key Focus Areas:

• Strategic Learning Development: Design and implement capability frameworks and learning roadmaps aligned to business goals.
• Blended Learning Delivery: Develop and facilitate engaging learning programs using e-learning, workshops, coaching, and on-the-job tools.
• Leadership Development: Drive leadership capability through mentoring, succession planning, and targeted programs.
• End-to-End Learning Solutions: Lead all stages of the learning cycle—from training needs analysis to outcome measurement.
• Learning Technology: Manage and optimise our Learning Management System (LMS) to enable accessible, scalable learning.
• Data-Driven Insights: Track learning impact, report on capability progress, and make evidence-based recommendations to leadership.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in learning & development, capability, organisational development, or workforce planning.
• Expertise in instructional design, facilitation, and program delivery.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms and digital learning tools and their implementation.
• Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• A continuous improvement mindset and results-oriented approach.
• Qualifications in HR, Education, Organisational Development or related fields (highly regarded).
