Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Air Conditioning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified tradesman with experience in installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain air conditioning systems for residential and commercial properties.

• Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency.

• Diagnose malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or replacements of parts.

• Collaborate with team members to complete installations and projects within scheduled timelines.

• Provide exceptional customer service and concerns in a professional manner.

• Keep accurate records of work performed, including parts used and services provided.

Requirements:

• Completion of a 4th-year apprenticeship program in HVAC or equivalent experience as a tradesman.

• Proficiency in installing, troubleshooting, and repairing various types of air conditioning systems.

• Strong understanding of HVAC principles, electrical systems, and refrigeration mechanics.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Valid driver's license.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
