Green Gully Soccer Club are hiring a Gaming Attendant with Bistro & Functions Experience

Approximately 20 Hours Per Week

Are you passionate about hospitality and gaming? We are on the lookout for a reliable and enthusiastic Gaming Attendant who is also confident working in the bistro and functions areas of our venue.

What we are looking for:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a gaming role

Comfortable working across gaming, bistro, and function service

Holds a current RSA, RSG, and has completed Modules 1 & 2 (minimum)

Holds a Gaming License

Holds a TAB License

Food Handling Certificate is highly regarded

A positive, team-focused attitude and excellent customer service skills

Availability for approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service in a professional and welcoming manner

Operate gaming machines, TAB, and Keno systems

Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and responsibly

Ensure the gaming area is clean, tidy, and compliant with regulatory requirements

Handle cash transactions and reconcile takings accurately

Assist in restocking bar supplies and maintaining stock levels

Monitor patron behavior to support a safe and responsible gaming environment

Adhere to RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and RSG (Responsible Service of Gaming) guidelines

Preparing coffees, taking customer orders, and serving meals promptly and courteously
