Francis Venues is currently seeking an energetic and customer-focused Casual Gaming Supervisor to join our team at our thriving Regional Venue - Golden Point Hotel (Ballarat).

You’ll play a key role in overseeing the smooth and compliant operation of our gaming floor while leading by example and delivering a first-class experience to our guests. Your Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing the daily operations of the gaming room during your shift

Ensuring compliance with all gaming and liquor licensing regulations

Delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

Leading and supporting staff across gaming, TAB, and Keno operations

Handling cash accurately and confidently

Maintaining a clean, welcoming, and professional gaming environment

About You:

Previous experience in a gaming or supervisory role (preferred)

Solid knowledge of gaming machines, procedures, and compliance

Confident with Keno, TAB, and cash handling

Proven leadership skills with a hands-on, customer-first approach

Strong communication and organisational abilities

Holds a current RSA and RSG (essential)

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays across a rotating roster
