Mindhelp is looking for an enthusiastic & experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at our St Albans clinic.
About the role:

In this role, you will conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver evidence-based therapy to assist participants in achieving their goals. You will work collaboratively with families, support networks, and relevant agencies, contributing valuable insights through clear and detailed reporting.
We also encourage all therapists to actively engage in our continuous improvement initiatives, supporting our commitment to service excellence and best practice.
What We Offer
Competitive Salary: $87,000 - $115,000+ plus super
Retention Bonus: $5,000 to reward your commitment (Pro-rata)
Professional Development: $1,500 annual allowance
Clinical Supervision allowance: $1,500 to support your ongoing learning
Study Leave: 5 days study leave (Pro-rata)
Leave: 4 weeks annual leave
Hybrid Model: Flexible mix of clinic-based and community work
Supportive Team: Work alongside experienced and passionate professionals
Location: Located in St Albans. Easily accessible by public transport
About you
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
AHPRA registration
Minimum 1-year clinical experience
Team player
Commitment to ongoing learning and continuous reflective learning
Working With Children Check or the ability to obtain one
Working rights in Australia
NDIS workers screening check
