This is an extraordinary opportunity to join an exceptional, nationally recognised property firm based in Perth’s CBD that has a strong presence and a growing footprint in WA. They are known for delivering high-quality management solutions across Strata, Commercial, Residential and Mixed-Use Developments, along with an Investment Advisory and impressive portfolio valued at over $2 Billion dollars.

Our client is seeking an experienced Strata Manager or an Assistant/Administrator looking to step up and join this highly accomplished team. You’ll be supported by an experienced team with a dedicated Department Head, Team Leader, Administration team, Accountant and Compliance Manager. You will also have access to the latest strata management systems, with a strong focus on collaboration, flexibility, and work-life balance.

The Role:

Managing your own strata portfolio (mix of residential, commercial and industrial properties consisting of 450-650 lots)

Main point of contact for owners, councils, and key stakeholders

Organising AGMs, EGMs, and council meetings

Advising on by-laws, governance, and compliance

Managing budgets, levies, and financial reporting with admin support

Coordinating repairs, maintenance and inspections

Ensuring compliance with strata legislation

Keeping accurate records and guiding owners' groups professionally

What You’ll Bring:

Minimum 2 years of experience in strata management, whether as an Administrator, Assistant or Strata Manager.

Accreditation with Strata Community Association (SCA) or willingness to obtain

Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and conflict resolution skills

High attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability
