About the role
They now seek the services and expertise of a talented Account Manager/BDM to enhance its strategic position within the print and signage industries based in Perth.

Working with some of the best in the business, you will:

• Become an integral part of the business through selling some of the best-known brands in our industry and working across a range of exceptionally managed client businesses.
• Be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and inactive customers and prospects.
• Develop and deliver persuasive proposals to existing and prospective clients.
• Drive effective communications with internal and external stakeholders to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Follow up on opportunities and close sales whilst experiencing the personal and professional growth that comes with it.
• Effectively and efficiently manage systems and procedures to monitor, control and communicate performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Maintain up-to-date awareness of market conditions and the company’s products and services

Skills & experience
As the ideal candidate and to make the transition as smooth as possible, you will possess the following key attributes:

• You’re an ambitious, outgoing, and people-oriented salesperson with exceptional interpersonal skills and a ‘can-do’ attitude.
• You have a strong track record of solution selling in a similar client facing role, Signage sales experience would be ideal but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude are a must, so your ability to build strong relationships and establish rapport is second to none.
• Client focused and a real team player, you have a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
• You’re excellent at managing your own time and a real self-starter; you don’t need someone watching over your shoulder to get things done.
• You work well in a team – we recognise that staff are our greatest asset and maintaining a positive working environment is non-negotiable.
• You have full Australian working rights as sponsorship will not be offered for this role.
