About the Role

You’ll lead financial reporting, compliance and system improvements across multiple entities, working closely with the CEO, Board and cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for someone confident with cloud-based tools and experienced in fast-moving, values-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports (AASB, IFRS)

Maintain the general ledger, reconciliations and month-end processes

Oversee BAS, PAYG, GST and support global tax compliance

Assist with audits and regulatory reporting (including NDIS)

Collaborate with clinical teams on billing and service accuracy

Track and reconcile NDIS participant funding and plan-managed services

Manage multi-currency accounts and support cross-border expansion

Help implement finance systems and dashboards (Xero, NetSuite, Power BI)

About You

Degree-qualified in Accounting, Finance or related field

CPA or CA qualified

3–5+ years’ experience in financial accounting

Experience with NDIS, SaaS or international operations is a plus

Solid understanding of accounting standards and compliance in Australia

Confident with cloud-based systems and automation tools

Strong attention to detail and communication skills
