🙌 About the Role
We're looking for a Customer Success Specialist to be the glue between our clients and our operations. You’ll support agents and homeowners through their journey on the platform - answering questions, supporting the sales team, and making sure everything runs smoothly from first quote to final invoice.
You’ll be the right hand to the sales team, the first line of support for agents and homeowners and the person that keeps everything ticking in the background.
This is a varied role that requires strong communication, top-tier coordination skills, and a genuine love for helping people.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
Responding to customer queries and providing phone/email support with empathy and clarity
Coordinating meetings, onboarding tasks, supporting the sales team, and supplier communication
Supporting agents with platform usage and ensuring vendors feel confident and informed
Updating and maintaining CRM records and pipeline tracking
Helping troubleshoot issues and escalate where needed
Finding ways to improve our customer journey and reduce friction across the board
Being proactive, solutions-oriented, and a team player across every touchpoint
🌟 What You Bring
Experience in customer success, client services, or account management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptionally organised - you never let things slip through the cracks
A warm, helpful personality - you’re the person people want to deal with
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
Bonus points for real estate, property services, or SaaS experience
A driver’s licence and access to a car (occasionally helpful but not essential)
