About the Role

We’re hiring a Client Success & Onboarding Partner to help us welcome new clients, guide them through their first steps, and build strong relationships that last. You’ll be the first point of contact after signup, so speed, warmth, and clarity matter. This is not a traditional customer success role — it’s about trust, experience, and connection. We’ll train you on crypto and our platform. This is an in-office position based in Melbourne.

We’re looking for an A-player — someone sharp, proactive, and personable who can grow with us. You'll be a foundational member of our client success team, with the potential not only to master the onboarding journey but also to help train and mentor others as we scale.

What You’ll Do

* Call new clients quickly and make them feel supported

* Guide them through our onboarding process and answer questions

* Build rapport, understand their goals, and ensure they feel confident

* Learn our systems, platform, and crypto basics (training provided)

* Grow into a team leader and play a key role in onboarding and client success

* Contribute to improving internal processes and supporting future hires

What We’re Looking For

* At least 2 years of full-time experience in customer success, relationship management, onboarding, or similar

* Clear, confident, and friendly communicator — especially over the phone

* Comfortable working independently and adapting quickly

* A genuine interest in crypto, tech, or wealth — experience is a bonus, not a requirement

* The ability to learn fast, take initiative, and grow into a leadership position

* Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, founder-led environment

* Must be available to work from our Melbourne office
