About the role

Join our dynamic team at HAS Earthmoving as a Full-time Final Trim Operator based in Perth Metro, WA. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the various stages of earthmoving projects, ensuring a high-quality finish to our construction sites. With a focus on attention to detail and precision, you will play a vital part in the successful delivery of our projects.

What you'll be doing

Operate specialised earthmoving equipment such as loaders, skid steers, graders, dump trucks, water carts and excavators to perform final grading and earthworks tasks

Final Trim operating exp is essential

Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, meeting strict safety and quality control measures

Collaborate with the wider construction team to ensure safety is paramount

Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the final stages of the project

Maintain detailed records and documentation related to your work

Uphold strict health, safety and environmental protocols at all times

What we're looking for

Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Final Trim Operator in the construction industry

GPS and LPS / UTS machine control experience essential

Demonstrated proficiency in operating a variety of earthmoving equipment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the wider team

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Current HR or HC driver's licence

Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
