You’ll work one-on-one with people of all ages and backgrounds—supporting them in their homes and out in the community. From sharing a walk in the park to helping someone build life skills, your presence will matter every single day.

🌻 What You’ll Do

Personalised Support: Assist with daily tasks like personal care, cooking, cleaning, and mobility.

Goal-Focused Care: Help clients work toward personal goals—whether that’s building independence or social inclusion.

Community Engagement: Encourage and support clients to be part of their community and do what they love.

Companionship & Connection: Offer genuine support and build real relationships.

Record Keeping: Document client progress to help shape their support journey.

✅ Must-Have Requirements

A current First Aid Certificate and CPR

A valid Australian Driver’s Licence and a reliable, registered vehicle

Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Card – ACT

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Police Check (National Criminal History)

Completion of the NDIS Workers Orientation Module – “Quality, Safety and You”
