We’re hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of myTrack, our new commercial compliance platform replacing the legacy system "TRACK". This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you’ll coordinate cross-functional teams and drive successful implementation across multiple regions. This is an initial 12 month contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the myTrack platform
• Coordinate teams across the division, Procurement, Operations, and Contractor Management
• Partner with Management Controls Inc (MCi) on integration, testing, and deployment
• Support change management including training and communications
• Track progress, manage risks, and report to stakeholders
• Oversee go-live (Q1 2026) and hypercare support

Key Experience Required:

• Proven experience in system implementations or transformation projects
• Strong stakeholder and team coordination skills
• Familiarity with mining, processing, or manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of enterprise systems (e.g., SAP), Purchase to Pay, and Contractor Management
• Detail-oriented with a practical, delivery-focused mindset
• Experience working across regions or business units is a plus
