This is a full-time or part-time role for an Associate or Senior Assocaite Personal Injury Lawyer, based in Rockhampton OR Brisbane, QLD . You will manage and oversee complex personal injury cases - WCRA, MVA, PIPA as well as TPD.

Role Requirements:

1. Proven experience in personal injuries law.

2. Litigation experience.

3. Skilled in taking new enquiries and converting them into open matters.

4. TPD experience.

5. Ability to quantify injury claims.

6. Ability to brief counsel independent and instruct support staff.

7. Exceptional phone manner and communication skills.
